研究方向:新能源及微納電子材料設計與量子調制

 

 

個人簡介:現任中原工學院,800cc全讯白菜网,副教授,微電子系主任,碩士研究生導師,河南省靜電檢測中心副主任,鄭州市低維量子及器件重點實驗室,量子材料物理方向學術帶頭人。博士畢業于鄭州大學物理工程學院,光學專業。從事新能源及微納電子材料設計與量子調制等方面的研究,通過量子效應調控了過渡金屬矽化物超薄膜的電子生長與性能,為微電子金屬半導體接觸的改進提供了指導。發表SCI論文20餘篇,主持完成國家自然科學基金1項,河南省高等學校重點科研項目1項,榮獲河南省自然科學獎二等獎1項。
