研究方向:鈣钛礦半導體材料、自旋發光二極管器件。
個人簡介:博士,講師,碩士生導師,國家自然科學基金委函評專家,現任800cc全讯白菜网辦公室主任。主要圍繞鈣钛礦半導體材料開展結構設計、工藝制備以及偏振熒光物理機制等關鍵科學問題研究,發展自旋發光二極管器件研究工作。先後主持國家自然科學基金青年基金項目1項,河南省自然科學基金青年基金項目1項,河南省“揭榜挂帥”重大科技專項1項;以及白菜收录大全网址青年骨幹教師項目1項,白菜收录大全网址學科青年碩導項目1項。近年來在 Advanced Materials、Nano Research、Journal of Alloys and Compounds 等國際高水平期刊上發表論文 10 餘篇,授權發明專利 1 項。
